Instructions to Poster's Authors

The poster size should not exceed 100 cm (approx. 39 inch) high x 70 cm (27 inch) wide. The CBMS organizers will provide poster stands and the material for fixing the poster at the poster stand. Remember that during your poster presentation you will have the opportunity to discuss your research in more detail. Thus, prepare the best poster you possibly can aiming at both attracting attention of the readers and having enough material to answer their questions.

The CBMS 2015 will have three Poster sessions:

• June 22nd - Monday at 3:00pm to 4:15pm - Posters Warming Up for all Long and Short papers.
• June 24th - Wednesday at 4:00pm to 5:30pm - Poster papers from the General Track.
• June 25th - Thursday at 3:30pm to 5:30pm - Poster papers at WoP.

Oral Presentation Instructions to Authors of Long and Short papers

The time presentation for Long papers is around 23 minutes + 5 for questions/answers. The time presentations for Short papers is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions/answers.

The Session chair may adjust the timing accordingly. All the presentations must be uploaded to the session computer before the session begins. Please, be at you session before its start to make the needed arrangements to your presentation.
